The Ghana Center for Entrepreneurship, Employment and Innovation (GCEEI) together with the Students’ Representative Council of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology will on Thursday March 7, 2016 host the second in series of the “How To Be An Entrepreneur” workshop at the premier science University.

The conference will be held alongside the SRC’s annual Trade and Technology Fair 2016 (TRATECH 2016).

KNUST is the second among 8 tertiary institutions in the country to host the event after the Ghana Institutue of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

‘How To Be an Entrepreneur‘ brings together some of Ghana’s successful young entrepreneurs and business minds who share their rich experiences and also deliver key messages to guide young people willing to start their own enterprises as well as expand existing ones.


Scheduled to speak at the event include; CEO of BKC Consult, Bernard Kelvin Clive, CEO of Horseman Shoes, Tornyi Senayah, CEO mSimps, Mabel Simpson, MD of afb loans, Mr. Arnold Parker, Founder of Barcamp, Ato-Ulzen Appiah and John Armah, CEO of Orios Group.


The event starts at 12 noon and ends at 3pm. Venue is the University’s Great Hall and entry is Free.
