Jury for 2016 Ghana Startup Awards Announced

A 16-member jury has been announced for this year’s Startup Awards.

The awards, slatted for Wednesday, May 11 in Accra, will recognize the efforts Ghanaian startup enterprises and their role in leading innovation in the Ghanaian business community.

The jury is made up of individuals who have keenly followed the works of business startups in the country and have diverse knowledge on the functions and performance of such enterprises.
Some individuals named among the jury include Co-Founder of Barcamp Ghana, Ato Ulzen-Appiah, CEO of Avance Media, Prince Akpah, Joy Business reporter, Daryl Kwawu, Curator for TEDxAccra, Emmanuel Leslie Addae and CEO of TANOE, Ekow Mensah.
Sixteen startups are expected to receive awards on the night of the event.
